Each updated version of Purge-it! comes with new functionality to enhance the integrated archiving software. Existing Purge-it! customers, who are up-to-date on Annual Maintenance, can download the latest version of Purge-it! directly from the Klik IT portal.

Are you a Purge-it! user? It’s easy for Purge-it! customers to find out which version of Purge-it! is running. Follow the step by step instructions below:
- Enquire on the 98/RL UDC table in JD Edwards.
- Use the prefix KPRG.
- The Purge-it! release is the highest ‘numeric’ release number in the list
- This example is KPRG429F. This refers to version 4.29 of Purge-it!

What happens to Purge-it! if you upgrade JD Edwards?
When you upgrade to a new release of JD Edwards, under your Klik IT Purge-it! Annual Maintenance agreement you will always download the latest available Purge-it! release for installation into your new JD Edwards release.
What happens to Purge-it! if you stay on the same release of JD Edwards? Can you upgrade Purge-it! if you don’t upgrade JD Edwards?
Yes! Upgrading to the latest version of the archiving software, Purge-it! is covered under you Klik IT Purge-it! annual maintenance agreement.
